This is a custom design for a racing riding lawnmower.  Yes, that is correct...a tractor pulling...riding...lawn mower.  The customer wanted flames and a semi-caricature of himself on the hood.  Maybe you'll see the owner of this tractor, Kevin Holley, at the races some time.
